Cloud Talk - best cloud based calling software

I have been using clodtalk for more then a year now and i must say this is one of the best cloud based calling software I have ever used. So easy to use, easy to integrate, auto dialer is awasome, auto record option is great and most importantly transcription options is the best. Highly recommend to everyone!

It was easy to use

After signing up with Cloudtalk, I checked my balance. I made audio calls to my partners in many countries using the system. The calls connected without interruption, which was a good result for me.

Nice to start - but too many issues & awful terms and conditions of contract

Good record features and integrated into our CRM, but we kept missing calls from the app. It never seemed to ring, and the quality was hit or miss. The refund/cancellation policy is brutal.

Pleasant experience, easy to use, and user-friendly. The sales and support team are very responsive. However, it would be beneficial if there were further revisions to the pricing, which would help us maintain low costs in the long run.

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Easy to use and very user-friendly, can start immediately. The sales and support team, especially Chia, has been very helpful and responsive.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Talktime charges for Singapore seem to be on the higher side compared to other dialers, even with preferential pricing. It would be good if we could download all the call logs at one go and sort them according to the length of the call.

Very easy to use

We used this product to monitor our cold calling campaign. It is pretty useful software and provided most of the information we were looking for. Customer support is prompt.

Great integration and good customer support if needed

We started using Cloudtalk this year because we needed a tool for our customer service. The integration with Salesforce has been excellent, and everything has been great, with rarely any problems during client calls.

An amazing app.

I've been using CloudTalk for about 3 months now, and so far my experience has been amazing. The features are very good, and the app has an automatic call recording feature, so there's no need for another app to record calls. Recently, they also added the feature of SMS, making it a complete app.

Easy to use!

Great tool for your call center or as a landline. As a call center company, we found it great for use at the office and at home. Easy to get reports, find recordings, etc. We had a problem with the sound in calls; they provided a solution, but it was slower than I expected from them.

Super easy to use

Makes it Very Easy to Connect with Leads

The fewer devices I have, the better, which is why having a phone integrated with your computer is amazing and creates one less thing to think about. In addition, it integrates well with Pipedrive, so I can easily look up a lead when they call.

good experience

My experience with CloudTalk is quite good. It's easy to use and serves the purpose for which I started using it. However, I would really suggest on-call support for every user, although their email response is also quite fast. I will surely recommend this to others.

The best and most convenient phone system I've ever used!

The easy, user-friendly, expandable, and cost-efficient system was an obvious choice when we at Corporate Living were looking to implement a new phone system. The simple way of customizing everything is a true win. You don't need to be an expert to figure this out. I've had a great all round experience with Cloudtalk

I've been using Cloudtalk for a couple of months now, and it is so simple to use and makes life a lot easier. I particularly like that if you want to call someone, you can click their phone number online and call straight away instead of copying and pasting.

Best VOIP service on the market

In general, we communicate with our customers daily regarding our products and services. The main topics of our calls include pre-sale questions, technical questions, and navigation within our products, which our team sells and supports. I must say it was really easy to proceed with the integration of CloudTalk with LiveAgent. I like when things go smoothly, and this was the case! It is unique to find a tool with such good support and documentation, which was extremely helpful. Working with the call center is very easy, and the learning process for our agents was fast. The interface is very intuitive and user-friendly, with modern design aspects. I can easily find everything I am looking for, even when I was starting with this tool.

I like this tool. It makes my work easier, saves a lot of time, and allows me to track all of my calls in one place. I also appreciate the numerous integrations. Great tool!

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

The system is very easy to use, so you do not have to spend a lot of time explaining it to new people in your team. I would say that it is a real time-saver for my company and definitely worth the money.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

We have been using CloudTalk for almost 6 months now, and there have been no problems so far.

Wow, just wow!

Very nice, intuitive, and easy to use. The learning curve is very low, and I was able to get up and running in almost no time. I love the modern interface and being familiar with this type of platform. I was pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness and how snappy the solution is. Another plus to highlight is the incoming calls without any extra charge, which is a welcome bonus. To sum it up, awesome job Cloud Talk, keep up the great work!

Fast, reliable, easy to use, great functionality, best-of-breed price/performance ratio.

I think the only con for now is the missing mobile app. Other than that, there is nothing I could say. I love the solution.
