So much easier to use than others we looked at such as Zenplanner and Mindbody. It has tons of reports and the best Members App we've ever seen.

The Till section for POS is okay for small to medium size gyms but lacks some customization features for a larger enterprise gym. Apparently they're working on it and they have always been nimble in the development area.

No missing features as they integrate with door access systems, card readers of all descriptions and POS printers and their automations are amazing.
What other products like Club Manager have you used or evaluated?
WE used to use Zoho, (too expensive and difficult) then Mindbody (super expensive & lousy support) and Zenplanner (lacking and poor support)

They don't just sell you the product and then leave you struggling to use it to its potential. Always there when you need them for questions and suggestions which demonstrates their deep understanding of the software but also our business.
