Cobblestone has been a great contract management system for our company. We started with a basic repository, but now we are using the requests, workflow, templates, AI, and electronic signatures. After completing an RFP and a series of demos, we chose Cobblestone CLM. They were the highest rated for functionality, user interface, and pricing. We also licensed the vendor portal for registration and FOIA posts. Overall, it's a great system.

We chose Cobblestone because it had the best features for the investment. It can do everything we need for contract administration and more. We use the mobile app more than expected. The flexible alerts and unlimited storage were important for our team. It’s well-built and easy to use. I think we’ll be customers for many years.

I used CobbleStone contract software at three different companies, and it has always worked well. We were able to set up custom alerts and dashboards for our users based on their roles and contributions to the contract process. The permissions are very flexible and easy to understand.
