As with all technology, there are a few drawbacks. I think some of the functions have the potential to be more user-friendly. Inserting a database could be easier to do. It is difficult to figure out if a link is required. The interface feels old-fashioned and clunky. Employees would prefer something a little more up-to-date. Additionally, we would love to be able to label messages/complaints with tags -- that would simplify the organization of the database and allow for the opportunity to apply certain metrics, which would greatly enhance our view of customer issues. Improving readability is the suggestion here.
