Potential Customer interactions have been a very effective tool for gaining customers, satisfying and retaining customers. It has versatile marketing automations.

Cons

Customer service was not very professional. Their late return suspended the business process, I was not satisfied with it.

Its implementation is wide and one of the qualities that we use best and that contributes the most to our work is the mobile application, since it is easy and much more practical to use at any time and anywhere.As CRM software, it provides us with multiple integration functions with social networks, email, calendars, among other powerful tools. It allows us to manage current clients and potential clients, in this way we maintain greater knowledge and control over our client portfolio.

Cons

Customer service used to be one of their strong points. You could get an answer with chat within just a couple minutes, could call them on the phone if you want, etc. Lately that has not been the case. I haven't been able to get ahold of a sales or support person after over 2 days of trying... I hope they fix this.
