Pros

1. Easy to learn and use, intuitive functionality.2. All features and functions an architect or a designer needs.3. Full support and years of collected training videos and books.4. Less tech requirements.5. Smooth work and great visual representation.6. Its BIM, meaning you have all that BIM promises.7. Price is good for what you get.8. Ongoing development.9. Compatibility with other well-known software.10. Faster in many aspects, saves time for the design, and just makes the process pleasant.11. Complicated geometry can be created easily.12. Free forms and components design as if you use something from 3D Max inside Revit, but better.13. Good for architects, interior designers, furniture designers, and even urban planners and landscape architects.14. Tons of libraries, easy to use, easy to adjust, or even create yourself. All parametric.15. Special functions for interior designers that are needed and will not be found anywhere else.16. Surely easy documentation work (some strange things you encounter with, e.g., Revit, will not happen here; you will just forget about those problems).17. Auto 2D (of course) but with easy drafting to adjust or add details/data.18. Its also great to use for grading and basement work, especially with complex terrain.19. Shadows simulation, light simulation, animation, 360, rendering, live, etc. So far, so good.

Pros

What I love about Revit is that I can customize all aspects of designs and tools. For example, I can easily use multiple types of walls and columns for the same project with different needs. And it is easy to link with rendering tools too.

Cons

Having more control over the creation and editing of Revit family blocks is something Id like to see.
