Its exceptionally simple to utilize, for my purposes, yet even for individuals who have claimed, Im not very good at IT. Once you have it installed and set up, it essentially works by itself. It truly helps you do what you want to do. Its not difficult to use for a novice, compared to some of the other larger RMMs that are somewhat more complicated.

I might want to see more cell phone management. iPad is a big one. I realize theyve been working on some of that. For me, it would be amazing if I could do tablet devices and even extend it to POS systems or something like that. I know that a lot goes into that, but Ive seen it is an area theyre looking into.
