Pros

I personally like the softwares user interface, which is really simple to navigate. This is what makes Blender friendly for beginners; it has a really simple learning curve compared to other 3D software like Maya.

Cons

The UI is a bit cluttered which can throw someone off pretty quickly. Blender has so many features , it can sometimes overwhelm new comers. If you want to contribute something or suggest some features the task is very tedious and complex.
