It has extensive documentation in several languages, which supports us in resolving doubts or detailed implementations. Thanks to the community of users, we have solved or corrected errors in the adaptation.3. It allows us to visualize and monitor almost any element in our network, from the physical (routers, DSLAM, switches) to the virtual (applications, databases, virtual machines), and to alert us to alterations in any of these elements.

The interface, despite being compact and straightforward, does not show some details that would be very useful when diagnosing any failure on the network. The graphs presented have predetermined scales, with a minimum of 5 minutes. It would be helpful to have within the application the ability to customize the scale to a finer detail, to visualize events as fast as milliseconds. These data are essential and relevant to our IT team.
