Pros

It helps in improving the CI/CD workflow by adding concurrency and an easy-to-use UI. RSpec boosters are definitely a must-mention as they add the required automation. Speed, both in customer support and in the workflow, has been unmatched.

Cons

For a newbie like me, it has been a great experience with the Semaphore CI/CD workflow. But I feel there is a little lack of the required documentation needed for a non-developer to come on board. Overall, their core team is constantly updating the features, and it feels that no user will feel like they are lacking something, as it would be added soon. I believe that such a potential product needs some more marketing, not because it is not good enough to acquire the market, but due to the competition it is facing from other fellow organizations. This move would even help beginners to use this product with great enthusiasm.
