Pros
The product for Google Voice is very easy to use, and the speaker feature is most beneficial to me in helping sort out call volume.

Pros
I can do every task at my home with Google Voice, like controlling lights, curtains, etc. Set a reminder or something.
Posted by - Saurav Thakur
Cons
Its half split screen, and its on when we keep our phone in our pocket, so I feel it is not a good option for something like that. Also, it is not connected to all of my smart gadgets, so I feel it is just a voice feature.

Cons
The least beneficial to me is the hold option, as the call can freeze sometimes, so I feel that this could be better sorted out.
Posted by - Chiffon Bremby
Pros
Salesforce Service Cloud has the ability to integrate all the data into one place, which helps in tracking and consolidation.

Pros
The most beneficial part, I would say, is email to case/Web to case. We can set up autoresponses easily. We can configure support processes. We can make use of live chat and knowledge base.

Cons
Email case management needs more effort in terms of customization.

Cons
Overall, the product is the best of its kind; I just feel the licensing cost is a little more.
