Hireology is a very optimal platform to improve the recruitment and candidate search process. Hireology is connected to several candidate search services such as LinkedIn and Glassdoor, which allows you to obtain candidates faster than on any other platform. In addition, in Hireology, you can also customize and schedule physical interviews with candidates. Despite the fact that online interviews cannot currently be conducted from within Hireology, any user can schedule and arrange physical interviews or assign them to specific HR agents. I also love the job search system; Hireology uses the users location to offer jobs that are close to that location.

Cons
The only negative thing about Hireology is the basic design that it uses for the whole platform and for all the sections. The general design of Hireology is quite basic, and this can be a bit uncomfortable for some companies or for some HR agents.
