The ability to manage clients, plan jobs, receive payments, arrange appointments, and automate customer alerts is one of Housecall Pro's most useful features. Additionally, it provides a centralised platform for monitoring employee productivity, client data, and financial records.

Cons

A few of the features that HouseCall Pro offers include integration with Quickbooks Desktop and Online, job scheduling with GPS tracking, dispatching, payment processing, estimates, automated receipts and invoices, real-time customer notifications, text message capabilities, automated postcards, and email marketing automation.

The history & report functions are very impressive. It is always very easy to find a comprehensive history for each client, piece of equipment, work type etc.

Cons

The FSM Grid app sometimes gives issues regarding signal, and being that we are in south Africa, signal isnt always the best which can then cause the app to crash slightly.
