Pros

The general user interface is good. The fonts and other elements are well laid out. No complications. The email autoresponder is awesome. My experience in building landing pages was unbelievably easy.

The files dont download automatically, but when downloaded, they are shared via email, which takes a bit long.

Cons

The only thing I dislike about HubSpot is that sometimes my email threads dont populate in the account. It is rare, but it does happen. I believe it may be a tracking issue, but as I mentioned, it is rare. I also dont like that there is a cap on total enrollment for a sequence per day. You can only enroll 250 contacts in a sequence in one day—I believe this should be a little higher.
