Pros
HubSpot is extremely useful for tracking your marketing and sales leads. It is easy to use and extremely effective! I like that I can see all my leads and filter them through various levels. I am able to see all of my threads with them, schedule my tasks, and connect deals to the accounts. Additionally, I like that my templates are saved and can open in each leads profile for easy access. My team and I also use the sequence feature often to send out emails. I think this CRM is easy to use and helps team members stay on top of their leads.

Hubspy practically ticks all the boxes for me. However, the customer service delivery needs to improve.
