There are not many cons for this tool. I suggest going with the marketing starter pack first and then upgrading to the marketing professional account in the future.

Requires manual assigning of the operator in some cases, i.e., when integrated with Crisp, the operator assigned there on the chat isnt reflected on HubSpot.
