One of the most impressive aspects of Hiver is its ability to seamlessly transform Gmail into a collaborative platform. The shared inbox feature allows multiple team members to access and respond to emails, fostering efficient communication and coordination within a team. This feature eliminates the need for forwarding or CCing messages, streamlining the entire email management process.

Cons

It was hard for me to find a con for this tool, as it offers all the essential features that I need to sort my emails and supervise the email flow for our team. However, I found a possible glitch when emails that are in pending status are not automatically opened whenever they receive a reply.
