There are many things I found impressive about Insightly CRM, but some of the standouts include its ease of use, flexibility, and robust integration capabilities. The platform has helped my team to streamline sales process and better manage customer relationships. It is a great value for the price, and I have been very pleased with the results.

Cons

If I had to nitpick, I would say that the interface could be a bit more user-friendly. There is a lot of functionality packed into the platform, and it can be overwhelming for users or new team members, who are not familiar with CRM software. However, this is a minor issue and does not impact the overall usefulness of the platform.
