Pros

It helps to maintain the details of all the employees at one place. It is hassle free and easy to use software. Best feature is the tracking of attendance for the employees. Easy to track the performance, conduct reviews and objective.

Cons

Sometimes the portal keeps on logging out. And changing the password is difficult sometimes.
