The pipeline management capabilities of BIGContacts CRM are highly advanced. Our sales process was mapped to the stages of the tool by setting up a custom sales pipeline. Drag and drop is an easy way to move deals along in this pipeline. We can also limit viewer access to the entire pipeline or specific stages.
