Cons

This is such an awful CRM, I cannot begin to describe it! The functionality is from the Stone Age. Integration is such a pain in the ass; you have to rely on their customer service people, who, I must say, are the most obnoxious people I have ever come across. They dont know how to properly address customers; they make it sound like they are doing you some huge favor by rudely taking you through the integration process. Just the worst! Free CRMs are better than this paid rubbish. You can literally close your eyes and pick any other CRM in the world, and it would be better than this rubbish MetroLeads.
