Teams has a Screen Sharing feature that helps the presenter during presentations to share their screen and elaborate more on their presentations. The Recording feature makes it possible to keep a record of held online conferences for future referencing and clarifications. The audio and video quality is good and does not lag. It offers a variety of communication channels for the team to use, including chatting, video and audio conferences, and file sharing.

I did not find any specific flaw that could be improved, but yes, sometimes when you forget the password for Microsoft Teams, it takes a lot of time to log in. You have to open the browser for the OTP. If this feature were directly available in the application, it would be better.

Depending on your organizational setup, it may require your top leadership team to take actions that HR has handled in the past. In my experience, this has caused serious issues, including staff not being terminated and continuing to receive pay months after, and transfers not being completed timely, which impacts taxes.
