Pros
Ease of use while managing my team. It has resulted in maximum team productivity. It notifies me once a project is done. It enables me to assign each individual the right activity on each project since it shows who did what and when on previous projects.

Pros
If you need to bill clients, you will need to integrate Wrike with a third party. Setup and onboarding will take longer than some of the other solutions. Once acclimated, teams appreciate the functionality, and in general, its a great system for managing projects. Its quite scalable for other purposes, such as CRM. The tiered pricing and features for each can be pretty confusing, so make sure that you understand the add-ons and the associated costs. For example, functions like proofing are extra. Take advantage of the consulting to set up and establish a good relationship with your CSM. Take advantage of integrations with other tools like Slack and Jira.
