My Experience with Nextiva

Pros

I like Nextiva because it is very easy to use. It is Cost Effective compared to other VOIP providers and they have a better recording portal.

Cons

The part where you really have to call their Support to assist you in onboarding process. Nothing on their dashboard where you can do it yourself. Nothing in there where you can delete a line and request to adjust an invoice. Everything has to be over the phone. But mind you, they have better customer service dept. Staff are friendly.

My personal review on CallRail.

Pros

With CallRail, it is staggeringly simple to set up powerful following numbers that will assist you with seeing precisely where your calls are coming from.

Cons

Now and again the number of elements and accessible choices can be somewhat overpowering, however, the format is genuinely instinctive.
