The most impressive feature that we valued from Tidio is providing a mobile application for IOS / Android. This allows our co-workers, and myself to provide support outside working hours, and also when we are on the go and not available at the office

Cons

Tidio can improve their service by providing a Live Assist feature; this would be great for supporting users on our web application in real-time. Other than that, we have no further recommendations to Tidio as everything meets our criteria.
