Pros
The elements are perfect. The point of interaction and capacity to impart to your group is a gigantic plus. Simple to set up, simple to use. Customer service response is perfect. OpenPhone even offers training on the best way to truly dive into the most for your specific case. The cost model is also truly reasonable compared to the competition. I left another service to switch to OpenPhone.

Cons
The main problem I have with OpenPhone is the service when connected to the internet. It works perfectly when Im connected to WiFi. When Im on data, I receive a lot of comments about the call quality. The audio quality is inferior to that of the phone. I also find it bothersome that when I try to make a call, I sometimes get a call failure.
