Excellent Features on a Reasonable Price

Pros

The customer support is by far the most impressive point. Features are by far are the same as compared to other companies but the customer support is great in Ozonetel which is evident.

Cons

So far nothing and I hope it will go on like this in the future.

Small scale IVR calling

Pros

Call forwarding is working good. The GUI is also quite impressive. Supports multiple integrations.

Cons

The caller number sometimes showing wrong. When we answer the call from the same number, sometimes its getting forwarded to the different agent.
