Accept all sorts of card payments and update bank account details. Every transaction has its own tracking ID, enabling users to reconcile the accounts easily. Payment acceptance speed is very fast.

Cons
I have been using PayU for 6 months. After using it for 4 months, they held my settlement. I opened tickets several times, but there was no response, and the tickets were automatically closed. There is no way to contact customer support; support is the only way. After 1 month of follow-up, I finally got a reply that my transactions were on hold and I needed to approve a refund (the total amount of the held transactions was 81,050.76/-). I sent approval, but after that, there was no reply. I sent several messages, and after 1 day, I received the same comment: my transactions were on hold and I needed to approve them. Again, I sent approval, but there was no reply. Today, its been 2 months, and I have not received any amount from my sales. Never go for this payment gateway.
