The most impressive is the pipeline where we have the complete visibility of the deals with which are nurturing.

Nothing much but it doesn't have the utm tracking on the leads and also there is not open api to push leads into the other CRMs.

Pros

A couple of things: over 18 years I have never lost any information. Being able to connect to email for a project on all my devices is a powerful feature. Integration from third party software has added some key features.

Cons

The learning curve to set up Daylite can be overwhelming for some. This process could be streamlined and automated more effectively.
