Pros
You can quickly see orders and create labels. The Analytics Dashboard is wonderful; it makes it really easy to see how sales are going over time. It is also nice to be able to see how many orders have been delivered vs. how many have been sent. I like that I can click on the customers name and see what city they are from and their email quickly. When you are looking at an order, you can see a Fraud Analysis, which helps to make sure that you arent going to get a call saying that they didnt order it because their card was stolen.

While Shopify is generally excellent, one area that could be improved is the transaction fees for using external payment gateways. It would also be beneficial if more advanced analytics tools were included in the basic pricing plans to help.
