Pros
What I find most impressive about Shopify is its ease of use and flexibility. The platform is highly customizable, making it perfect for creating tailored e-commerce websites. The integration with third-party apps is seamless.

Cons
Customer service response time is a little late. Quick response would help.

Cons
While Shopify is generally excellent, one area that could be improved is the transaction fees for using external payment gateways. It would also be beneficial if more advanced analytics tools were included in the basic pricing plans to help.

Pros
The screen is very simple. I think there are quizzes, order forms, surveys, etc. as scenes to be used, but if you create a screen with Typeform, it will be difficult for respondents to get lost, and it will be possible to provide a screen with high user affinity.

Cons
More surveys for less money

Cons
The richer the keyboard operation, the easier it will be for users (especially respondents). Whether its the editor or the answer screen, mouse operation is essential, but it feels a little annoying, so Id like to ask for improvement.
