Pros

You can quickly see orders and create labels. The Analytics Dashboard is wonderful; it makes it really easy to see how sales are going over time. It is also nice to be able to see how many orders have been delivered vs. how many have been sent. I like that I can click on the customers name and see what city they are from and their email quickly. When you are looking at an order, you can see a Fraud Analysis, which helps to make sure that you arent going to get a call saying that they didnt order it because their card was stolen.

The software helps your customers make the best buy by shopping the reviews and ratings. For me, it was the biggest advantage as it helped me to enhance the user experience.

Its easy to use, has a simple user interface, offers lots of plugins to enhance possibilities, provides many payment options, supports localization, ensures speed, allows ease of listing a product, includes analytics (very important), is easy to maintain, etc.
