Pros

Slack was implemented at my work and I fell in love with it instantly. It has all the functions needed and its so stable. I love the chat room function and the easy UI/UX that can be used. One of my favorite functions is to tag my teammate on a specific task.

Notification system during DND, lack of nested comments/replies in threads, and hard to navigate when there are lots of unread messages.
