All the collectors are cloud-based, so there are no usual log outages which frequently happened with in-house architecture. Also, Sumologic support is available while counting data space per day.

Cons

Parsing and scripting for use cases. It will be difficult for new people or those who have worked on Splunk or ArcSight to build the use case here. Lots of manual stuff. I hope it will improve.
