Fully customisable product, and being an Indian company, they understand the pain points of the Indian industries very well and have relevant solutions for the same. Oracle database is a very robust, scalable, and secure database, so thats an added advantage for this company. Moreover, everything is under one roof: Sales, Implementation, and Support. The implementation team is highly skilled and has hands-on experience with their products. The functionality is also excellent. The Reports & Dashboard part is very impressive.
