"Workday truly automates many of HRs daily, rote tasks and is user-friendly. Second, there is a wealth of reporting and dashboard capabilities with a report to explain each one; however, this can overwhelm those not used to pulling their own reports (i.e., C-Suite execs, and delegating access is tricky)."
