Workday truly automates many of HRs daily, rote tasks and is user-friendly. Second, there is a wealth of reporting and dashboard capabilities with a report to explain each one; however, this can overwhelm those not used to pulling their own reports (i.e., C-Suite execs, and delegating access is tricky).

Depending on your organizational setup, it may require your top leadership team to take actions that HR has handled in the past. In my experience, this has caused serious issues, including staff not being terminated and continuing to receive pay months after, and transfers not being completed timely, which impacts taxes.

Documentation and configuration. Normally, setting up SSO is a pain, dealing with other platforms that have non-standard connectors and such. Rippling just works.
