Its admin feature and accessibility, it is hosted in the cloud. All we have to do is purchase the license as per our requirement. It comes with many features - Round Robin, auto assignment, group department segmentation, IAM, and many more.

The premium version of HelpCrunch has all the features I wanted, particularly customizable widgets for different domains. The same features on LiveChat were double the price, which I just couldnt justify.
