It's admin feature and accessibility, it is hosted in cloud all we have to do purchase the license as per our requirement. It comes with many features - Round Robin, auro assignment, group department segmentation, IAM and many more

As a small startup, we evaluated a lot of software. While Intercom is a common choice, its pricing model was not suitable for us as we have so many users on free trials and Intercom charges per contact.

There are some minor features we would like to see as we are mostly using the product for onboarding customers. One is being able to send push notifications instead of emails, we are a mobile-first product so that would be awesome
