Business process automation is done in speedy mode and now project tech issues are resolved immediately with complete issue tracking through ticket management system. It is a cost affordable customer helpdesk software with high performance efficiency

Cons

Customizability and integration aspect of the dashboard should be restructured and reworked upon for better output. Our clients keep asking for customized dashboard with drill down parameters for fetching sharp data insights.
