Terrible customer experience
We stopped using Compstak a few months after signing up, our team didn't find enough value. They automatically renewed us, when we saw the email prior to the renewal, we kindly asked them to opt-out and they refused due to a 6 month notice clause that's hidden in the contract. Terrible way to treat customers who are not using your product. 6 month opt-out is shocking for a SaaS platform, they do not incur any costs with renewals, and they do not care about making their product better, only charging companies that are not using it and forget they are paying for it.
