Fast , Easy and Effective
Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words. It is blisteringly fast to get viewers on a live share session and clarify questions. The quicker I can resolve concerns or answer questions, the closer I am to helping customers or prospective clients. I like that!

Love the Product
I used other screen sharing tools, Join Me and GoToMeeting. CrankWheel is so easy, and I love seeing the client's screens, so I know what they are seeing. Even better, there are no downloads for them to deal with, and it can be used on their cell phones! It has taken the stress out of screen sharing for my colleagues and me. I recommend it to anyone who needs to utilize this tool. Thank you, CrankWheel.

Great. Easy and simple. If I had any questions, I could contact support; the response was always prompt! It's an easy way to share my screen. It is very simple! I do not have to explain to a potential customer how the screen sharing works (and get them nervous even before I start talking about my product). The other person just has to click on the link. Simple and Functional: All you need in a screenshare extension!
CrankWheel allows me to view my students' screens, share my screen, and collaborate with colleagues through a simple button. You can't ask for a more functional Chrome extension!

What do you like best about CrankWheel?
CrankWheel functions easily, and I have had no issues implementing it for use in my virtual business. Many of my clients are middle-school-aged children who have had no issues using this software!
What do you dislike about CrankWheel?
The user interface is a bit cluttered, and often the extension loses track of sign-ins. This is complicated by the requirement for multi-factor authentication to sign in and use it on startup.
