Fast , Easy and Effective
Sometimes a picture is worth 1000 words. It is blisteringly fast to get viewers on a live share session and clarify questions. The quicker I can resolve concerns or answer questions, the closer I'm to helping customers or prospective clients. I like that!

I used another screen sharing, Join Me and Go to Meeting. CrankWheel is so easy, and I love seeing the client's screens, so I know what they are seeing. And even better, no downloads for them to deal with, AND it can be used on their cell! It has taken the stress out of screen sharing for my colleagues that use it and me! CrankWheel functions easily and I have had no issues implementing it for use in my virtual business. Many of my clients are middle-school aged children who have had no issues using this software!

The user interface is a bit cluttered and often the extension loses track of sign-ins. This is complicated by the requirement for multi-factor authentication to sign in and use it on start up.
