I started using CS-Cart 5 years ago. My reason for choosing it from day one is that it is the best solution in the market for multi-vendor with ease of customization and reasonable pricing.

I have used CS-Cart for many years, and it is my favorite software. I have tried various other software, but CS-Cart is the best. It is easy to use for tasks such as moving elements off the page, translation, and adding addons. Everything is very easy to do. There is only one thing: we need more templates for CS-Cart.

For over seven years, we have been developing websites and online stores on different platforms. More than two years ago, we became acquainted with the product of Cs-Cart for Multi-Vendor marketplaces. Initially, some of our employees were skeptical about the product, citing its lack of recognition and few endorsements from other experts who had not even taken the time to familiarize themselves with it. After a preliminary study, we discovered many advantages of this product and suggested that our customers build their websites on this Multi-Vendor platform. We launched our first project in 1.5 months from the very beginning, despite no one on the team having prior experience with Multi-Vendor, and the project was completed in 2 months. The large number of modules already available for Multi-Vendor reduced our workload by 90%, whereas similar projects previously took us at least 6-8 months to develop. Currently, we have completely abandoned support for other platforms and have fully reoriented our resources towards Cs-Cart products and solutions for Multi-Vendor marketplaces. Now, we are launching our own marketplace with advantages that our competitors do not have. In the near future, we will launch the ZapaseXpress website (https://zapasexpress.ru) focused on small and medium-sized businesses.

The software was easy to use once I got used to it. This was the first shopping cart software that I had ever used, so it was a little daunting at first. When I had a question, tech support was extremely useful and available when I needed them.

Would highly recommend CS-Cart to anyone looking for an e-commerce solution for their business.

I have tried many software programs before: Flynax, WooCommerce, and PrestaShop, but I think for business starters, I wouldn't recommend anything other than CS-Cart. Especially if your clients are based in developing countries, you need software with fast page loading.

We moved from X-Cart to CS-Cart and found a significant difference with CS-Cart. There are many add-ons that can add value to your store. The customer service is also very responsive. I have been with CS-Cart for less than a year, but so far we are satisfied with what they are offering.

Bought this software in 2018. Still working on the implementation project. Overall, the software is a good tool for introducing a new system. In general, the system is very convenient to use. There are some flaws that developers fix during the software update process. Some applications are missing from both the software creators and third-party companies, but these can be developed. Our website had an unusual requirement: we were looking for an e-commerce platform without the purchasing part! CS-Cart was the only product on the market with multi-vendor capability that could also operate in catalog mode. Additionally, we utilized the Master Products add-on, which allowed us to share products from one vendor with other vendors, eliminating the need for many duplicates of the same product. Extra customization work enabled us to direct our visitors to vendors' own websites to complete the purchase. CS-Cart was very helpful during the setup process, even though our businesses are in different countries. We look forward to using their software for many years to come. Keep up the great work!

I have always recommended this software to anyone who asked for an easy-to-use shopping cart solution. I have used many other e-commerce platforms like Magento, WordPress, OpenCart, etc., and CS-Cart is the best solution. It is easy to use, very fast, and easy to customize. CS-Cart is updated frequently and is always kept up to date. The support from the team is great. I just wanted to tell the CS-Cart team that they need to add more basic add-ons for free!

I know it's hard to find the right software for e-commerce, but believe me, it's the right choice. There are a lot of software options that can handle basic e-commerce functions, but when it comes to support and development, no one can go further than the CS-Cart team.

Overall, I like the product, but there are some cons: the search function in the Product tab is very poor compared to earlier versions of CS-Cart, and the file manager doesn't show the images, only icons.

As a developer, I work behind the scenes. This is well-written, extensible software. It is extremely customizable, supports multiple languages, and addresses all three basic e-commerce needs: single store, multiple storefronts, and multi-vendor.
