Highly disappointed.Price rip-offs..
Highly disappointed with the ridiculous, pushy, and desperate sales tactics, as well as the pathetic customer care and support services. However, she is a good teacher, very knowledgeable, always has a smiling face, and knows what kids want. But what is the point if I have issues while renewing? I was disappointed to see that Cuemath had raised the fee by 50% at renewal. They suddenly increased it in just the last few months. I don't know how you can justify such a steep price increase in such a short time. With a sense of disappointment at the sudden price hike at every renewal, the sales team pushes us to take up a long duration. We did not expect such a hike without any prior notice, as this will adversely affect us. Also, we referred a friend who enrolled their kids six months ago, and we received no payout after many emails, phone calls, and Facebook messages. Once you sign up, you are on your own. You have zero contact details for anyone. They will make you run from pillar to post if you want to raise a concern.

Great work by Cuemath team
As a mother, I am always thinking about my kids' education. I want them to be experts in every skill, not just in their school subjects, but in every area, whether it's logical reasoning or aptitude. I learned about Cuemath from one of my friends, and it met all my expectations. Cuemath is a great platform; the method used to explain concepts and the simulations used to visualize them are very effective and interesting. Improvement is visible!
My daughter enjoys working with her Cuemath teacher. She has become more confident in answering math questions. The teacher and customer service are great. The only concern I have is regarding completing the whole syllabus on time. I wish the pacing guide was faster.
