The application is very easy to understand. Anyone can handle it without any issues. Installation on the client machine is straightforward. I can track all user activities, including the logs of websites visited. It provides an accurate measure of user productivity. Very nice product.

Easy to use, reports are great, screenshot capture every 10 mins is a great feature.

If no internet, then time of screenshot should be displayed as it was in offline mode and not the syncing time. Adding the project time into productive time and not idle time.

I have used many time trackers to get the exact logs of the team's work, but I haven't received any satisfactory reports. With those time trackers, my team had to log in to the app, start and stop the time for their activities, or fill out the daily log sheet manually. These trackers didn't help me. However, after using DeskTrack, all these issues were resolved as it provides me with every detail of my team's work. I can easily identify what they are doing, the list of tasks completed in a day, and more. This has helped me a lot in removing distractions and identifying where my team needs help for improvements.
