It's been a great way to integrate voice, txt, and to record all calls.

Dialpad is the best of the lower-cost voice, TXT, and call recording options. It has many higher-end features and integrations that create value.

What do you like best about Dialpad?

Recording all calls. Ability to see who called and note their name is a big deal for us.

What do you dislike about Dialpad?

Their Android app could be a bit better. Its not as reliable as I might like, and it often doesnt answer the call when using data to make and receive calls. Once it connects, though, it works pretty well.

What features is Dialpad currently missing?

Android app could be better. TXT messages used to be free, but now cost per TXT.

Automation can improve communication and note-taking for remote teams

We rely on Dialpad Ai Meetings for our company's internal meetings and external communications, especially for high-quality and fast video conferencing. We also use Dialpad to communicate with remote workers who aren't physically in the office. This allows us to meet more regularly than if we were all in the same room. Meeting recording, screen sharing, live chat, and meeting polling are just a few of the advanced features that Dialpad offers, which help us save time on administration and make it easier to collaborate during video conferences and find out what works best for everyone.

Dialpad Ai Meetings video conferencing is its strongest suit, allowing users to do things like route calls, mute them, or set up calls with three or more participants.

Dialpad Ai Meetings is an excellent tool, but the paid versions become prohibitively expensive as we add more features.

An amazing Tool that helped me a lot
