4. Production & Quality : Make to Stock or Make to Order, both scenarios are handled with multi level BOM and Material Requirement Planning Engine. Operation Routing with Rejection analysis is available. Quality parameters with Subjective and / or Objective values can be defined and measured.

5. Machine and Tools Maintenance : Defining life cycle and preventive maintenance schedules and monitoring of O&M expenses made easier.

6. Customer Support Services : After sales Support tickets and tracking and billing.

7. AR & AP Management : Complete AR and AP management with managing site wise expenses available.
