Do I have to commit for a year?
No, we do not require annual commitments. You can choose a month-to-month contract and cancel your subscription anytime. If you choose annual billing, a 10% discount will be applied.
Are there any extra fees?
Digit's subscription is all-in. There are no extra fees for usage, integrations, support, data storage, etc.
Where is my data stored and how is it backed up?
Your data is stored in the cloud with the world’s leading server provider AWS. Backups are retained daily (for 7 days), weekly (for 8 weeks), and monthly (for 12 months).
Who owns my data? How can I access it?
You own your data. You can export any table or your entire database as a csv file at any time.
What happens if I want to move to a different software platform?
Digit will automatically provide you with a clean export of all your data that you can import into your new system.
