Good CRM software

We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to capture and manage customers and future customers. It's a good CRM software. We do not use the entire product cycle in all areas of the organization because we have other software used to manage customers within the service production areas.

What do you dislike about Dynamics CRM?

Filling in new contacts has many fields and is tiring. For those who do not use cloud resources, the tool is very demanding on hardware. I think the tool could have backups that could be easily exported/converted to other tools. Reports to look good need to be very customized.

Good pre-existing reports. The best thing about Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the integration with Microsoft tools like Outlook 365, both email and calendar. But other tools like PowerBI could be more easily integrated.

Customer Service app, Sales App, Marketing modules are very important and provide all functions that a organisation need in any CRM. It also cost effective and offer cloud services, so organisation doesn't require server to host and maintain this CRM which can save cost and time as Microsoft is responsible to maintain CRM on their server on clouds. Very easy to customise it according to organisation requirements. Also it has connectivity to all Microsoft software like Office, Team, Outlook, SharePoint. There are many companies who provides consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
