Good CRM software

We use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to capture and manage current and prospective customers. It's a good CRM software. We do not use the entire product cycle in all areas of the organization because we have other software to manage customers within the service production areas.

What do you like best about Dynamics CRM?

Its a stable tool, and its been around for many years, so its been improved a lot. It has many interesting features. It is highly adherent to other Microsoft products, which facilitates some integrations.

What do you dislike about Dynamics CRM?

Filling in new contacts has many fields and is tiring. For those who do not use cloud resources, the tool is very demanding on hardware. I think the tool could have backups that can be easily exported/converted to other tools. Reports, to look good, need to be very customized.

What features is Dynamics CRM currently missing?

Good pre-existing reports. The best thing about Microsoft Dynamics CRM is the integration with Microsoft tools like Outlook 365, both email and calendar. But other tools like PowerBI could be more easily integrated.

What other products like Dynamics CRM have you used or evaluated?

None.

How Dynamics CRM is better/different from its competitors?

I think the best is compatibility with other Microsoft tools.

Microsoft provides almost all features out of the box in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, formerly known as Dynamics CRM. The Customer Service app, Sales app, and Marketing modules are very important and provide all the functions that an organization needs in any CRM. It is also cost-effective and offers cloud services, so organizations don't require a server to host and maintain this CRM, which can save cost and time as Microsoft is responsible for maintaining the CRM on their cloud servers. It is very easy to customize according to organizational requirements. Additionally, it has connectivity to all Microsoft software like Office, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint. There are many companies that provide consulting services for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies.
