Easy to edit data without enforced accounting compliance or auditing features (see disadvantages also). Easy to send and receive an Excel file with your accountant or other staff. Lower upfront and ongoing costs. Can be more simplified to record. Common data program that many people have compared to specialized software.

This software is not user-friendly for Indian accounting. I have worked with it for 2 years but still faced many issues. The main drawback is its report outcomes. If you have a large amount of data and want to download yearly data, the software and your system may hang.

Proper reports as per Indian Standards are to be provided. E.g., if you want FAR, you have to download 2-3 different reports and you have to combine them for the final FAR. Make the software user-friendly. There are many long processes in the software that should be reduced.

Its slightly cheaper than SAP but not worth any single penny
