Their E-Emphasys ERP, formerly known as eXtend, is the best in the market. The UI is intuitive and straightforward. The Microsoft BI service is excellent. eServiceTech, eScheduler, CRM, and other integrated solutions cover all the nitty-gritty of the industry. There are some issues in customer service, but it is improving. Overall, it is a great product. You will know when you see it in the demo.

What do you like best about e-Emphasys?
Their ERP product and integrated solutions cater very well to the equipment dealership, rental, and service industry. They have gathered requirements from top-notch clients and have perfected their product over the years. There are few to no products that offer this many features.
What do you dislike about e-Emphasys?
Customer service. Too many clients on their hands. They have started recruiting more, so it must be better. My last interaction was in Dec-2019, then I left for growth someplace else in another domain.

Lighter version of service module. Sometimes not all customers need all the features. IF lite version is created and made available then awesome.

Product is tailor made for the industry. ERP giants are not that flexible for the customisation. E-emphasys product is tested and proven for over a decade (almost two decades).
