Great Product (Really really good for Equipment Dealership, Rental and Services)
Their E-Emphasys ERP, formerly known as eXtend is best in the market. UI is intuitive, straight forward. The Microsoft BI service is really good. eServiceTech, eScheduler, CRM and other integrated solutions cover all nitty gritty of the industry. Some issues in customer service but it is getting better. Overall a great product. You will know when you see it in the demo.

Lighter version of service module. Sometimes not all customers need all the features. IF lite version is created and made available then awesome.

How e-Emphasys is better/different from its competitors?
Product is tailor made for the industry. ERP giants are not that flexible for the customisation. E-emphasys product is tested and proven for over a decade (almost two decades).
